you by being a part of YOUR team! Robert E. Preston President and Founder Graduate of the Trinity-Pawling School, Moravian College and B.S.A. Professional National Training and Camping Schools. Served as a Scout Executive with the Boy Scouts of America. Earned a proven record of fund raising, marketing camps and creating innovative programs in the Mid-Atlantic states by directing 8 Scout Camps and 11 National Camping Schools, planning new camp sites and buildings, directing and marketing the Adirondack National High Adventure Area, obtaining necessary monies for camp expansions, etc. Bob has been published in Camp Management Magazine and is a Standards Visitor of ACA. He is an Eagle Scout and Past President, Rotary Club of Wayne, Pa. Nelson E. Clements Vice President for Program Graduate of National Training and Camping Schools, Boy Scouts of America and certified professional. He served as Program Director for four National Camping Schools; authored the publicastion: "A Director's First Day at Day Camp", became a Certified Camp Appraiser, and directed ten overnight Cub Scout Camps. He is President of Silver Lake Nature Center and is Past President of the Rotary Club of Bristol, PA. Nelson is currently writing a history of Boy Scout Camps in Pennsylvania. He is Chairman of the Advisory Board of Bucks County Salvation Army and a youth advisor of a large church group. ASSOCIATES Rev. Richard D. Anderson Christian Camp Specialist Graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia College of Bible, B.S. Education, Pastoral Studies, Philadelphia Theological Seminary, M.Div., Trinity College and Seminary, Ph.D. candidate and BSA national training and camping schools. Served over 30 years in full time Christian services, new church planting (3 churches) and establishment of two new Christian schools. Served as project director of "Kids at Risk/Learning for Life" in greater Philadelphia areas which involved inter-denominatinal constituency of 25 churches, reaching 1600 youth in the City of Chester in summer camp ministry. Received special recognition by the Philadelphia Inquirer, dean of Chetek Christian Camp Assembly in Wisconsin for 8 years, additional work in Illinois and Pennsylvania. Rotarian of the Year, 1992 and life membership in the NAACP. Betty A. Scott Marketing Specialist Ms. Scott brings to the TCDI team her qualified management skills in bringing the product to market as she has an open analytical mind which cuts to the chase. Her creative business team of professionals captured a prominent place in the marketing industry which brought them national acclaim. Some of her past achievments include: Owner/President of AirSources Inc., whihc serves small manufacturing companing, updating them with the newest technology; Owner/President of Scott and Associates, a full service advertising agency with consumer as well as industrial markets. She is a Rotarian and contributes her talents to numerous fund raising events. Ms. Scott's appointments have been many: Who's Who Women in America, Who's Who in the Midwest, Who's Who in Advertising, The International Register of Profiles, Mayors Award for Outstanding Public Achievement (Ohio), and the National Committee for The Pro Football Hall of Fame (14 years).
